Possibilities and Boundaries is a collaborative research project on long-term unemployment, with data collection occurring between 2014 and 2017. It aims to understand how policy and program changes since the 2008 recession have impacted employment services organizations and the strategies used by individuals to negotiate long-term unemployment.
